何出此言?因為俾呢間公司激親!

話說我用咗i-cable上網好多年,見就嚟到期,諗住轉過第二間公司,一嚟因為i-cable好慢,二嚟因為用咗咁耐,轉下都好嘛。i-cable網頁寫住,要一個月前通知,否則會自動續期,咪一個月前通知佢囉!

點知,個職員先叫我打另一個sales的電話,接受個sales一連串的攻勢,個sales最後放棄,就話要填form,其實電話都做到,擺明找消費者的麻煩。算,我就問佢喺邊度download,佢竟然話要郵寄俾我,(第二次覺得佢玩嘢),仲話要七日先寄到嚟。

好彩我心血來潮,預早咗十幾日打俾佢啫,若果到咗得返一個月先打俾佢,等佢寄得張form嚟,咪已經過晒期?咁又俾佢屈咗一個月正價,即差唔多兩舊水。

「今時今日,咁既服務態度點得!擺明為難消費者,邊個仲會有興趣用你的服務?

P.S.作為一個消費者,順帶一讚信興,因為買咗部冷氣,裝後先發現有問題,職員上嚟換的時候態度好好,與他彪形大漢的形象格格不入呢!

[7] icable termination

This is nightmare to terminate the services of i-cable. I have already struggled for 6months, still not success. Anyone can help me??

聽說,有人Cut i-Cable共花了半年時間。聽說,有人最後收極收唔到果張Termination Form。總之,佢地嘅CS就真係超勁!

另外呢,我之前都係用i-Cable。大概因為佢地平,街霸勁,Expand得好鬼快,最後受害的就是用戶,因為佢地係用Shared Bandwidth。即係俾條水喉出黎,大家爭黎用。搞到我每日上唔到網幾次。及後好了一點,幾日先上唔到網一次,但每次可以連續上唔到網兩至三日!

我問佢地CS點賠償我嘅損失,佢地話俾我用多佢地幾個月!真係頂!頂!頂!

Theo,唔好意思,在你地盤失態,但i-Cable,真係用唔過呀!

Maybe it's a good idea. Even though I don't expect they will refund all the money I paid for the whole year (without using their services....), probably can eliminate this kind of non-sense =(

Sleepy :Same here. I tried to disconnected I-Cable recently and went through all the troublesome procedures, like getting the fax form and address change form too!!!! I joined this ISP last year and moved to another new place where they don't have coverage. Due to their "dumb" contract constraint, I couldn't disconnect the service but to pay every month until contract ended. Therefore, I paid them without using their "slow" internet!!! *sigh* wasted so much money... luckily it was $99/mth, but still... so unfair

I strongly recommend you to write a note to Consumer Council... don't expect any feedback but at least put it in their record.

我試過cut i-cable, 都係俾我個曾做hotline既朋友"噴"掂左.. 如果唔係, 我都會好似你咁麻煩..
